Bglsocials offers three distinct social media management packages as listed in the pricing & plans. These packages are billed on a monthly basis for a minimum duration of three months.
 

1.2 Billing

Clients will be billed on a monthly recurring basis for the duration of their selected package. Payments are due on the same date (as initial purchase) every month and must be made in advance.
 

1.3 Early Termination

Clients who wish to terminate their services before the completion of the three-month period are subject to an early termination fee equivalent to 30% of the monthly service plan pricing.
 

2. Content Ownership and Usage
 

2.1 Produced Content

Bglsocials creates engaging and original content as part of its social media management services. All content produced by Bglsocials, including but not limited to graphics, captions, and posts, remains the property of Bglsocials unless specified.
 

2.2 Advertising Usage

Unless specified otherwise by the client, Bglsocials reserves the right to use the produced content for promotional and advertising purposes. Client-specific details (e.g., business name, logo) may be included in Bglsocials' portfolio and promotional materials.
 

3. Confidentiality
 

3.1 Client Information

Bglsocials respects the confidentiality of client information. All client data, including but not limited to login credentials and business strategies, will be handled with the utmost care and will not be disclosed to third parties.


4. Communication
 

4.1 Response Time

Bglsocials is committed to providing timely communication. Our team will respond to client inquiries within 24 hours during regular business hours.


4.2 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary information, and approvals to ensure the smooth execution of social media management services.


5. Limitation of Liability

Bglsocials is not liable for any loss of business, profits, or data incurred by the client as a result of the social media management services provided.


6. Termination of Services

Bglsocials reserves the right to terminate services in the event of client misconduct, non-payment, or violation of any terms outlined in this policy.
 

7. Changes to Policies

Bglsocials may update these policies from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policies.
